Warranty for Our Custom Cabinets

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our custom-designed and installed products. This warranty covers material defects in both materials and workmanship for as long as you own the home where our systems are installed. Our commitment applies as long as the systems remain in their original location installed by our team.

 

What’s Covered:

• Materials and Workmanship: Any defects in the materials used or in the craftsmanship of our installation are fully covered under this warranty.

• Lifetime of Ownership: This warranty is valid for as long as you own the home, ensuring peace of mind over the years.

 

Conditions of Warranty:

• The warranty remains valid only if the systems remain in the location where our installation team placed them.

• Any alterations or modifications to the installed systems by parties other than our installation team may void this warranty.

 

Warranty Limitations:

While our custom-installed products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, certain items and conditions are not covered, including:

• Third-Party Components: This warranty does not cover third-party manufactured components, such as light bulbs or other add-ons not produced by us.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual changes, like fading due to sunlight, smoke exposure, or other environmental factors, are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered.

• Improper Use: Damage arising from use outside of our recommendations, or alterations made by parties other than our installation team, will void the warranty.

Warranty for Third-Party Manufactured Cabinets

As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we provide a 5-Year Limited Warranty on Installation for cabinets manufactured by third-party brands, including IKEA, Wren, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

 

What’s Covered:

Installation Quality: We guarantee the quality of our installation for five years from the installation date. This warranty covers any issues related to the secure and proper installation of your cabinets, ensuring they remain sturdy and functional.

 

What’s Not Covered:

• Manufacturer’s Warranty: Cabinets and components from third-party manufacturers are covered by their respective warranties. Any issues with materials, manufacturing defects, or finishes should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear, natural aging, or environmental effects, such as fading due to sunlight, are not covered under our installation warranty.
